Wiggle Waggle Training Terms & Conditions

When securing any of the offered services from Karen Wigglesworth, at Wiggle Waggle, you are therefore accepting the following Terms & Conditions listed below:

• On agreeing the service from Karen Wigglesworth you are agreeing to providing payment on receipt of the booked service with Karen Wigglesworth. Payment can be taken by bank transfer prior to first session or at first session. 
• 24 hours notice is to be provided for cancelling or rescheduling your booked session with Karen Wigglesworth. This enables the session time to be allocated to another client.
• Karen Wigglesworth does not allow any adverse equipment to be used which can cause pain, harm or fear to a dog, items such an e.collar, prong/pinch collar, choke chain, in some cases slip leads or head collars.
• Ethically Karen Wigglesworth does not support ear docking (illegal in the UK).
• Tail docked dogs are only permitted if the docking is legally permitted (some working dog breeds) or for medical reasons.
• Wiggle Waggle reserves the right to refuse my services to any dog that is subjected to an illegal practice. 
• Wiggle Waggle reserves the right to report any suspect abuse, mutilation or neglect, including illegal ear/tail docking, to the relevant organizations.
• Karen Wigglesworth reserves the right to advise a veterinary consultation if from the information supplied has caused a suspected underlying medical issue. Any pain or medical related condition needs attention prior to commencing on any service being provided by Karen Wigglesworth.
• Additional fuel charge may occur outside of a 3 mile radius of home, this will be quoted for at time of booking.
• The best results and progress are dependent upon owner commitment to the training program, to continue to practice, be consistent, be patient, whilst being kind with your dog after or in between sessions to gain and sustain the best results.
• Karen Wigglesworth with the owners approval may ask to take photographs, video footage and make notes when working together to be shared with the owner. Only with the owner’s permission will any photographs or video footage be used as reference or for any advertising on the Wiggle Waggle website or Social Media. Permission will always be asked first.
• Should Karen Wigglesworth hold a 1-2-1 walking session, I hold full responsibility of the dog and its behaviour whilst in my care. No dog will have free off leash time without 1) gaining owner permission, 2) assess the dog’s recall and engagement 3) if a bitch is on season 4) intact male character type
• Should Karen Wigglesworth hold a 1-2-1 walking session with a dog with any form of reactive behaviour. This dog will remain and exercised on their leash unless, and with owner permission in an area of safety.
